Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and campaign development across digital and traditional media
Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiar with motion/interactive design tools
Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to clients and cross-functional team
Leading the conceptualization and execution of visual ideas for integrated campaigns, including digital, print, social media, video, and on-ground activations
Overseeing and guiding the design team to deliver high-impact visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Collaborating closely with copywriters, creative directors, account managers, and strategists to develop cohesive and compelling creative solutions
Presenting creative concepts and storyboards to internal stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating the visual rationale
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
Mentoring junior designers and art team members, fostering creative growth and maintaining high design standards
Staying updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output fresh, innovative, and effective
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in copywriting within a creative or advertising agency
Proven expertise in crafting compelling content across various media, including digital, social, print, video, and experiential platforms
Strong conceptual and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of brand tone, voice, and audience targeting
Experience developing integrated campaigns from concept to execution, often in collaboration with art directors and strategists
Excellent command of language, grammar, and attention to detail
Ability to lead brainstorming sessions, mentor junior writers, and present ideas confidently to clients
Leading the conceptual development and copy creation for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, TVC scripts, and on-ground activations
Collaborating closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives and brand voice
Crafting engaging, persuasive, and original content that resonates with target audiences and drives campaign effectiveness
Overseeing junior copywriters, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship
Participating in client briefings and presentations, effectively communicating creative ideas and storytelling approaches
Ensuring consistency in tone, message, and brand positioning across all touchpoints
Staying informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital content formats to keep ideas fresh and relevant
2–5 years of experience in project management within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency
Proven track record in managing integrated communication campaigns, including both digital and on-ground activations
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, brand activation, and campaign lifecycle management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
Solid organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution
Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, combining digital media, social platforms, and experiential marketing activities
Acting as the key liaison between clients, internal creative teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment with strategic goals
Overseeing budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign execution
Managing cross-functional teams including creatives, digital media specialists, production crews, and activation staff
Ensuring all communication assets are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience engagement strategies
